The Carriage House & Lower Nest

The Carriage House (pictured below) is a spacious hideaway with a separate entrance and plant–laden deck, a canopied double bed, corner kitchen, a big farm table, sitting area with sofabed and a gas–log woodstove. It is furnished with traditional and antique pine furniture. It is air-conditioned and has a telephone, television, and Internet access (dial-up).

The Carriage House is a private retreat ideal for business guests seeking a short-term furnished rental or for families traveling with children (and/or a dog.)

Lower Nest has the same amenitites as the Carriage House, except that it can sleep up to 4 people (in a queen bed & pull-out couch). It does not have a deck. The cost to rent Lower Nest is the same as the Carriage House.

The Carriage House and Lower Nest are available for rent as a B&B accommodation or by the week or month.

Rates:

$210/night ... 2-night minimum stay required; includes breakfast
$650/week (5 nights) ... $1650/month; maximum occupancy: 5
Weekly Housekeeping Available: $30/week (for stays over 1 week)
$750/week during Brimfield Antiques, Foliage, Thanksgiving Week & Christmas Week
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice

Policies

A minimum deposit of one-half the total amount is required to guarantee your reservation
Children and pets are welcome (with prior permission.)
Maximum occupancy in the Carriage House is 3 people, Lower Nest can accommodate 4 people.
Cash, check or credit card are accepted.
Cancellation Policy: Deposit returned, less a $25 processing fee, provided we are able to resell the room for the entire stay. Guests are responsible for payment in full of reserved dates, regardless of shortened stays.
